Before doing a Factory Reset, please note the following:
- All profiles will be deleted
- The QR code will need to be generated and scanned again to associate the Rock with its server
- The Rock will require onboarding in the Admin Portal
To do a Factory Reset, do either of the following:
1. Short ‘Hold’ (Blue Wire) and ‘Tamper’ (Purple Wire) to GND for 15 seconds with the device removed from the backplate.
2. Go to Admin App, from Device Management -> Devices. Select The Rock to delete and Click on Delete when side panel appears
