In response to the external HOLD signal from the ACS, the Rock will Suspend Operations.
This includes:
- No authentications
- No badge numbers sent out
- No new events displayed in the Alcatraz AI Admin Portal
The Rock will resume operations upon de-assertion of HOLD signal.
